Refund Policy

If you have received an incorrect item, or if your item has been delivered faulty. Kindly contact our Customer Services at snfonline87@gmail.com or +60122063612 (Whatsapp) with the following information: 

  • Proof of purchase/order number
  • Supporting image(s)/video(s)

 Do not worry as the shipping fee will be bear by us.

 

The returned items will be checked with the receipt together and the items should be in good condition. Please ensure that the packaging is also in original condition in the original shipping container as received. If the items have been used or damaged by the customer, there will be no refund. SNF Online will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.

Once we checked and confirm the goods/products, the customer will receive their refund within 5 working days after the confirmation. You will be automatically refunded through your original payment method and it might take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

  • You did not receive the order (e.g. parcel lost in transit)

CAN I REQUEST FOR AN EXCHANGE?

Yes, if you received incorrect items, you can request for an exchange. You can exchange products for the following reasons:

  • Received incorrect product (e.g. different product, missing parts of product)
  • Received a faulty product (e.g. malfunction, does not work as intended)

CAN I COME AND RETURN IN PERSON TO THE STORE? 

Yes, please contact our customer services first before coming. Please ensure that you return the items with the box. Our store opens on Saturday until Thursday from 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM.
